Crew Descriptions
The Dream Crew helps bring our Rooted & Built Up Nights to life. They are working behind the scenes, planning out the details, purchasing supplies, and helping to ensure that our evenings run smoothly.
The Intercessory Crew covers our team members and participants in prayer, helping to ensure that we continue to be guided by the Holy Spirit in all things.
The Food Crew ensures that delicious food is provided and served at our Rooted & Built Up evenings. This includes seeking out meal sponsors (ministries and local businesses) and/or assembling a team of volunteers to actually prepare the meal.
The Set Up Crew helps bring our Rooted & Built Up evenings to life by setting out tables and chairs and taking care of the logistics of the night (i.e. food service process). They also assist the Fun Crew with decorations as needed.
The Welcome Crew is there to greet people personally as they enter the room and assists with the check-in process so that we know our numbers each month. They also hand out name tags and supplies that will assist members in finding their appropriate group for breakout sessions.
The Formation Crew helps lead break-out sessions. These session are divided into the following groups:
PK4-Kindergarten
1st & 2nd
3rd & 4th
Middle School (grades 5-7)
High School (grades 8-12)
Adults - taking the form predominantly as small group leaders
First Reconciliation/Communion Prep (Built Up Nights)
Confirmation Prep (Built Up Nights)
The Fun Crew is responsible for coming up with the entertainment for each Rooted Night--fun skits, interactive games, decor, etc.
The Clean Up Crew (which should be different from the Set Up Crew) helps break down the event and restore our campus to order.
